Located in Boyeux, a Cerdon wine-producing village of Bugey, between Lyon and Geneva, we welcome you in 2 rural gîtes 

- "Les Yeux du Bois" can accommodate up to 6-8 guests (94 m², 3 bedrooms).

- "La Petite Forge" can accommodate up to 2-4 guests (38 m², 1 bedroom).

 

Enjoy a relaxing/adventurous break by booking 1 or 2 of our gîtes (rated 2 épis by Gîtes de France, located in Boyeux-Saint-Jérôme, Ain (France), altitude: 500 m). The lovely countryside and scenic landscape provide the perfect location for anyone who enjoys walking or cycling, or just simply sight-seeing for the pleasure of discovering the rich and diverse local heritage and tradition.

 

Description of the gîtes: 

- "Les Yeux du Bois" : Ground floor: living room and (fully-equipped) kitchenette, bedroom (single bed: 160 cm, or 2 beds: 80 cm), bathroom and toilet. 

First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a single bed: 160 cm, or a double bed: 80 cm + single bed: 90 cm, and another bedroom with 2 single beds: 140 cm and 90 cm), bathroom and toilet.

Other features include a large playroom (35 m²) not heated, a small perron and a closed garage. The garden furniture in the courtyard can be placed on the sunny terrace (private garden bordering a field). 

Rate for a week’s stay: € 520 to € 660 (Christmas holidays + July + August), excluding services charges and booking fee. 2 night-stay minimum 

Appliances: Dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment, gas cooker, electric stove, microwave oven, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, wifi, TV and DVD player, barbecue. 

 

- "La Petite Forge" : Ground floor: living room and (fully-equipped) kitchenette. The glass door opens onto a small perron and directly into the garden, along the pasture. 

First floor: bedroom (single bed: 180 cm, or 2 beds: 90 cm), bathroom and toilet. 

The garden furniture can be placed under the shade of a canopy or on the sunny terrace (private garden bordering a field). 

Rate for a week’s stay: € 275 to € 360 (Christmas holidays + July + August), excluding services charges and booking fee. 2 night-stay minimum 

Appliances: Washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, wifi, TV and DVD player, barbecue. 

 

About the 2 gîtes : 

The 2 gîtes are located in the village centre. The owners live next door and will be very happy to show you around the area… 

 

The bedrooms are decorated with local woods (walnut, ashwood, merisier). The beds are prepared for your arrival with nice comfy duvets.
